Securities and Exchange Organization of Iran (SEO)
Resolution No. 2 of the 2036th Board Meeting of the Securities and Exchange Organization dated 2025/10/19: Principle approval granted for the establishment of "Kahkeshan Investment Advisor Co. (Private Joint Stock - in formation)" with a capital of 200 billion Rials. The operating license is issued for three years and is renewable.
